DETERMINATION OF QUANTITY

Determined using the method of high-pressure liquid
chromatography.
Adapting this method to the length of radio wave 254 nm, 9 characteristic
spikes are obtained, with the length of 289 nm, 7 ones. The area
of spikes has to be not less than the data in the table.

the radio wave is 289 nm, phrangulin and ? - tujon are determined.
The amount of those materials should be not less than it is specified
in the table (mg/ ml of the extract).

1ml of the extract should contain not more than
104 aerobic bacterium and not more than 102 funguses, enterobacterium
and other negative bacterium. It shouldn't contain Staphhhylococcus
aureus, Salmonella and Escherichia coli. According to Ph. Eur. 1997,
2.6.12, 5.1.3, and 5.1.4 requirements.
